Can you send me a paper catalogue?
No, we have made a conscious choice not to carry a paper catalogue, for a couple of reasons: we would like to help keep paper wastage down to a minimum and be able to provide you with an up-to-date on-line catalogue at all times.

I haven't received an order and/or shipping confirmation email. What do I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation within 2 days of your order, please e-mail us. We will make every effort to respond within 1 business day.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to make a change in or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. If you would like to return an order please consult our return policy.

Why was (part of) my order put in backorder and when will it get here?
We aim to have all our products in stock. In a few cases, however, we may accept your order and find out that an item is damaged or defective. In this case, we will notify you by email. We will place the item(s) in backorder for you and ship to you as soon as we can at no additional charge. If you would like to cancel the item, please send us an email. We will take care of it immediately.

What kind of payment methods does Waldorf Toys accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards  and payment through PayPal. You can use your credit card via our secure on-line order processor, please use the order form to initiate your order. Are credit card transactions on Waldorf Toys safe?
Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Waldorf Toys uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL),  encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer and AOL's browser to ensure that your personal information is safe at all times.

I do not have a credit card, can I still place my order?

How can I send someone a gift through Waldorf Toys?
Waldorf Toys shoppers can have gifts shipped directly to any destination in the world! All you need to do is submit the name and address of the recipient under "special instructions" when you submit your name and address during checkout. Please indicate whether you would like to use our free gift-wrapping and -tagging service.

Can people outside of Europe order from Waldorf Toys?
Waldorf Toys offers worldwide shipping. All deliveries are made under the restrictions and authority of the Dutch law. Please look at our Disclaimer for more details.

Do you have a Return Policy?
Satisfaction Guaranteed! Our products are carefully selected and of the highest quality. Within 30 days from receipt, we will replace, exchange or refund * the purchase price of any** new, unused item we carry as soon as it has been returned to us.

*We can only issue credit in the form of a Waldorf Toys gift certificate,  in the amount of the returned item(s), less shipping & insurance. The shipping costs to your destination will be withheld from a refund.

**Exempt are: dolls made to order and items specifically ordered, that are not for sale through our website.

If items are defective or incorrectly shipped, we will refund the whole amount for the item and the shipping charges.

- Please send the package marked as "gift" and do not list value, to avoid Duty charges (if such
  charges do occur, they will be withheld from the refund!)
- Please wrap the package securely and include a note with your name, address, reason for the
  return and order number in the package.

Warranty
Any toys sold by Waldorf Toys that becomes broken during normal use, within the time limit of 1 year after purchase, will be repaired at no charge to Customer.
Customer assumes responsibility for shipping charges to Waldorf Toys and back to Customer.


Disclaimer

Even though all toys featured in our site are manufactured with safety in mind, supervision is required during the use of these toys. Toys may contain small parts, which may present a choking hazard. Please read our Terms of delivery and Disclaimer for more info.

Damaged Goods
Please inspect  all items immediately upon receipt. If any toy shipped by Waldorf Toys is damaged or broken during shipping, please re-wrap the toy in it's original package, contact us immediately, and return the item to Waldorf Toys marked "broken during shipping".
The charges from the carrier for returning damaged items will be refunded through a gift certificate. Upon receipt of the damaged item, a new identical item will be shipped to the customer. Toys not returned to Waldorf Toys within twenty consecutive days from the initial shipping date will be considered broken and fall under the warranty policy.
