Toys, and all deliveries made by Waldorf

By using this on-line ordering system, the consumer fully understands the
TERMS and CONDITIONS provided herein and agrees to them.
We reserve the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms

Applicable Law
This site is created and controlled
by Waldorf Toys in the Netherlands. As such, the Dutch laws will
govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions and all contracts,
without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these disclaimers, terms and conditions at any time.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made after receipt
of payment by credit card.
Claims for shortages, damaged items or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of
shipment.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an email
order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or
a confirmation of an offer to sell. Waldorf Toys reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse
service to any customer without prior notification.
Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Risk of Loss
Title to products passes from Waldorf
Toys to Customer on shipment from Waldorf
Toys premises located in Bergen, The Netherlands.
Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier is Customer's responsibility.
Returned packages that are not claimed within 1 year after the date of the order, are returned to stock. Any claim to the order or restitution by client expires exactly 1 year after the date of the order. Waldorf Toys will always do the utmost to contact the client about a returned package.
Product descriptions
We
attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Waldorf Toys does
not warrant that product descriptions or other contents of this site
are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a
product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in
unused condition. You may, of course always contact us for a more

Limitation on
Liability
Though all toys featured on this site are
manufactured with safety in mind, supervision is
required during the use
of these toys. Toys may contain
small parts, which when removed, may present a choking
hazard.
In no event shall Waldorf Toys be liable for
any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or
consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Waldorf
Toys has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages,
whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other
theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to
use, or performance of the information, services, products, and
materials available from this Site.
These limitations
shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of
any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion
or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
