Every order we receive is handled with the greatest care, and we strive to get your order delivered as soon as possible, therefore we aim to have all items in stock at all times.
However...since most of our products are hand-made, there are occasions when it may take longer for us to fill your order. Most orders, however, are shipped within 5 working days.
Please indicate when you are ordering gifts for a birthday and provide us with the date so we can do our best to avoid disappointments!
What are the shipping options?
We realise speed and affordability of shipping are of concern to our
customers. Therefore we offer both Priority and Standard shipping options.

days of receipt. Within the Netherlands, delivery time is 2 days standard

Once the local postal system of the destined country receives your package, it will make the necessary delivery arrangements. Waldorf Toys cannot affect these arrangements.
Actual shipping time from the local post office to the final destination varies widely and differs per country. Delays in delivery are usually due to customs/import duties or local postal guidelines!
How are the shipping costs calculated?The shipping costs are calculated by the weight and size of the items in your cart. These costs are calculated by the shopping cart script.
